Leicester City aims to secure one more key signing after making their eighth addition this summer.

Leicester City is nearing the completion of signing Moroccan international Bilal El Khannouss from Belgian club Genk.
According to Sacha Taviolieri, El Khannouss is expected to arrive in Leicester on Wednesday, August 28th, following an agreement between the two clubs on a transfer fee believed to be around £19.3 million.
El Khannouss’ signing will fill a crucial role for manager Steve Cooper, who has been eager to strengthen the squad’s attacking midfield options by adding a number 10.
However, with the transfer window closing on August 30th, Cooper is also looking to secure a number nine to further enhance Leicester’s squad as they aim to improve their Premier League standings.
The search for a striker has proven challenging for Leicester, as their bids for Wilfred Zaha, Adam Hlozek, and Fotis Ioannidis have all been rejected.
Santiago Gimenez has also been linked with the club, but his high price tag may deter Leicester due to financial constraints related to profit and sustainability regulations.
Meanwhile, Jordan Ayew was signed earlier in the transfer window but is not seen as the primary option for leading the attack.
