Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Leicester is in “advanced talks” to sign Bayer Leverkusen striker Adam Hlozek.
The deal involves a loan with an obligation to buy, with negotiations now focusing on finalizing personal terms.
Hlozek has been a prominent talent for some time, first making waves at Sparta Prague, where he scored 40 goals and provided 36 assists in 132 appearances.
His impressive form continued at Leverkusen, where he has contributed 25 goals and assists in 80 games.
Football talent scout Jacek Kulig has previously described Hlozek as “amazing,” noting his record as the “youngest player ever to score a hat-trick in the Czech League.”
With Jamie Vardy aging and Kelechi Iheanacho moving on, Leicester’s need for a new striker is pressing, making Hlozek a crucial addition to their squad.
