West Ham United Target Striker Elye Wahi Amid Lopetegui’s Tactical Plans

Roshane Thomas reported on July 12 that Julen Lopetegui, in his debut season at West Ham United, plans to employ a lone striker in a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 formation. Consequently, the Hammers are considering signing a new striker this summer, with Elye Wahi from Ligue 1 being a potential target.

Last season, Wahi made an impact in the Champions League by assisting the equalizer and scoring the winning goal against Arsenal in a group stage match in October.
