BREAKING: Newcastle SMASH through HUGE release clause in STUNNING first Jaissle signing – Club ready to EXPLODE!

Newcastle United appear to be wasting no time backing their new manager Matthias Jaissle, with the Magpies reportedly reaching an agreement to sign highly rated goalkeeper Lukas Hornicek as the German coach’s first addition at St James’ Park.
It has been an extremely turbulent summer for Newcastle. Just when it seemed the club had overcome one setback, another major problem emerged.
Sandro Tonali and Anthony Gordon have already departed, while captain Bruno Guimaraes could potentially follow them out of the club.

With several important players leaving, the situation on Tyneside has become increasingly difficult.
The changes have not been restricted to the playing squad, either.
Eddie Howe has now left his position as Newcastle manager, bringing an end to a remarkable six-year spell.
During his time at St James’ Park, Howe transformed the club from relegation contenders into a Champions League side and guided them to Carabao Cup success.
Jaissle has been selected as Howe’s successor, leaving Al Ahli to take charge of Newcastle.
The appointment of the 38-year-old may have surprised many supporters, given that he is not yet a household name in European football.
However, Newcastle’s Saudi ownership group, PIF, are familiar with his work after he guided Al Ahli to consecutive AFC Champions League titles.
The new manager faces a huge challenge, but the club already appears prepared to strengthen his squad.
With less than a month remaining before the new Premier League season begins, Newcastle have reportedly taken a major step towards securing their next goalkeeper.
Newcastle agree Hornicek deal
According to TeamTalk, Newcastle have agreed a deal to sign Lukas Hornicek after activating the goalkeeper’s €30 million (£25m) release clause.
The SC Braga goalkeeper is expected to compete for, and potentially take over, the No.1 position, with fellow summer arrival Ewen Jaouen also at the club.
Hornicek’s arrival could also pave the way for veteran goalkeeper Nick Pope to leave Newcastle, bringing another long-running chapter at St James’ Park to an end.
The 24-year-old’s statistics explain why Newcastle are interested.
Hornicek recorded 12 clean sheets for Braga last season while conceding only 33 goals.
He also saved two penalties and finished the campaign with a 69% save percentage.
With plenty of years ahead of him, Hornicek could become Newcastle’s long-term first-choice goalkeeper.
After such a difficult summer, securing a talented young goalkeeper could prove to be an excellent way for Jaissle to begin his Newcastle reign.
