“Tottenham Aiming to” – Sky Sports Reporter Provides Update on Ange Postecoglou’s Plans
As the transfer window closes, Tottenham will concentrate on offloading players not part of Ange Postecoglou’s plans for the season.

Spurs have bolstered their squad this summer with the additions of Archie Gray, Dominic Solanke, and Timo Werner.
With the main signings likely complete, the focus now shifts to trimming the squad and offloading players deemed surplus to requirements.
One such player is left-back Sergio Reguilon, who is reportedly attracting interest from La Liga giants Barcelona.
Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth provided an update on the situation regarding Tottenham’s stance and Barcelona’s potential actions. Speaking on Last Word on Spurs, Sheth said:
“Whenever Barcelona is linked with a player, it’s always wise to be cautious.
They are currently focused on reducing their wage bill, partly by allowing Ilkay Gundogan to leave, and also to make room for Dani Olmo.

Regarding Reguilon, Barcelona will aim to negotiate a deal on their terms rather than Tottenham’s. Tottenham is keen to sell, that much is clear.
Barcelona knows Reguilon is a player Tottenham wants to offload and will be aware that he won’t cost too much.”
Reguilon is entering the final year of his contract with Tottenham and is lower in the pecking order under Ange Postecoglou.
The North London club is keen to move him out in the closing days of the transfer window.
Reguilon Struggles for Game Time at Tottenham
Reguilon has struggled to secure a regular spot in Tottenham’s starting lineup.
Despite several loan spells, none of his previous clubs have shown serious interest in making a permanent move.
Both Reguilon and the club are eager to part ways, which would benefit the player’s career.
Reguilon needs consistent playing time, something he is unlikely to receive under Postecoglou at Tottenham Stadium.
