Transfer Triangle: West Ham Shifts Focus to Leeds United, Involving Two Players

Italian media suggest that Soule prefers a move to Roma, where he could join fellow Italians Paulo Dybala and Leandro Paredes. Juventus, however, continue to inflate the asking price, now exceeding €30 million, which has prolonged the transfer process.

According to Corriere dello Sport, West Ham have shifted their focus to Crysencio Summerville of Leeds United, but Roma have also entered the fray, growing impatient with Juventus’ escalating demands for Soule.

If Leeds United considers selling Summerville this transfer window, the increased competition for his signature could enhance their leverage to secure a substantial fee. Earlier reports from Italy indicated that Leeds would seek over €20 million for Summerville, though the final amount is likely to exceed €30 million, with additional bonuses potentially included.

In this context, Leeds’ potential deal for Summerville appears more advantageous compared to the situation with Soule. As Roma and West Ham now vie for Summerville, Leeds could benefit from the heightened interest to negotiate a more favorable transfer agreement.
