Reports from Turkey suggest that Leeds are competing with Galatasaray for Norwich City’s key player, Gabriel Sara.
Fotomac has highlighted Leeds’ serious interest in Sara, noting that negotiations have begun and an offer around €6 million (£5 million) has been made.
Given Sara’s impressive contribution of 25 goals and assists last season and his contract with Norwich lasting another two years, such an offer might be deemed inadequate by the club that Leeds defeated in the playoff semi-final last season.
A recent update from Fotomac provides a boost for Leeds’ pursuit. The report indicates that Sara is not keen on moving to Galatasaray this summer. He is prioritizing offers from English and Italian clubs, which includes Leeds.

Despite the potential opportunity, acquiring Sara might still be challenging for Leeds. With the funds from Summerville’s and Archie Gray’s departures, Leeds could be in a position to make a significant signing.
However, Sara, much like Summerville, may be considered too valuable for a Championship club to secure from a Premier League side.
