“West Ham in SHOCKING £21M Race to Snag Serie A’s HOTTEST Star – You Won’t Believe Who!”

West Ham United Locked in Intense Transfer Battle for AC Milan’s Yunus Musah – TEAMtalk Reports

After progressing through Arsenal’s youth ranks, 22-year-old Yunus Musah joined Valencia in 2019.

Initially assigned to the club’s reserve side, he swiftly broke into the first team, making his senior debut the following year.

Musah later moved to AC Milan, where he has become an important figure in recent seasons, notably helping the Rossoneri lift the Supercoppa Italiana last term.

However, according to TEAMtalk, Milan are now open to selling the USA international.

The midfielder himself is reportedly keen on a new challenge following Milan’s failure to secure European football for the upcoming season.

West Ham United have shown interest in signing Musah and have already held initial discussions to understand the conditions of a potential deal. However, they are yet to make a formal offer.

Time may be of the essence, as both Nottingham Forest and Wolverhampton Wanderers have also expressed interest and are believed to have held preliminary talks with the player’s camp.

Napoli were previously close to landing Musah, having reached a deal in principle with Milan worth around £21 million including add-ons.

Yet, with Milan now raising their valuation to £21 million plus additional bonuses, the Italian club have stepped away from the negotiations.

Musah was reportedly open to joining Napoli due to his admiration for manager Antonio Conte, but Milan’s firm stance has stalled any agreement.

This has opened the door for a possible return to England, with West Ham emerging as a potential destination.

However, the Hammers are reluctant to meet Milan’s revised asking price and are hopeful the Serie A giants might reconsider.

Musah is known for his energy, work rate, and versatility. He thrives in a box-to-box midfield role and can also operate in a double pivot system.

His style of play appears well-suited to the physical demands of the Premier League, making him a potentially smart addition to West Ham’s midfield should they secure his signature.
