Ilia Gruev came in second with 63.9% support. However, his long-term future is uncertain following the arrivals of Longstaff and Stach, who will provide increased competition in midfield.
On the other hand, 46.1% of voters backed the sale of Mateo Joseph. Following a 4-1 friendly win over SC Verl, Farke revealed that the Spain U21 striker had informed the club of his desire to leave.
Joseph, under contract for another three years, has attracted interest from La Liga side Real Betis.
Brenden Aaronson was the second most-voted player to be sold, with 32.6%, followed by Patrick Bamford (26%) and Jack Harrison (23.6%).
Farke has already told Bamford he is free to find a new club after falling down the pecking order for a starting spot.
