“West Ham Unleashes £20M Blitz to Snag Britain’s Hottest Striker in Jaw-Dropping Transfer Heist!”

West Ham’s Striker Hunt No Secret as Summer Signing Becomes Top Priority

West Ham United’s transfer activity has yet to gain momentum in the opening month of the summer window, a recurring theme across the Premier League.

So far, Jean-Clair Todibo’s permanent arrival marks their only incoming deal.

However, the situation is expected to change once the new Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) cycle begins at the end of the month.

With that in place, recruitment is likely to speed up at the London Stadium—and one of the names firmly on the radar is Rangers striker Hamza Igamane.

West Ham are preparing to strengthen their attacking options, especially with Niclas Fullkrug currently the only natural striker in the squad.

Addressing that gap is a priority for new manager Graham Potter, and Igamane is increasingly being seen as a strong candidate to help fill the void.

According to Le Matin (27 June, pg. 24), the Hammers are “considering going on the offensive” to strike a deal for the forward, who has been valued at £20 million.

His potential departure from Ibrox appears more likely as the window progresses.

Igamane’s situation has reportedly drawn interest from as many as seven Premier League clubs, while several French sides are also monitoring developments.

Among them is Lille, who are preparing for the departure of Jonathan David—a player previously linked with West Ham.

Potter urgently needs reinforcements, especially after a disappointing season that saw West Ham underperform.

To turn things around, making smart, impactful signings is crucial, and bringing in a proven goalscorer is essential.

Without a consistent striker aside from Jarrod Bowen, the Irons lack a clinical edge in front of goal—something they must urgently address if they are to compete effectively in the upcoming campaign.
