West Ham XI vs Ipswich: Projected Lineup and Confirmed Team News
The beleaguered manager boasts an almost fully fit squad.

Julen Lopetegui will have Edson Alvarez back available when West Ham hosts Ipswich Town on Saturday.
The Mexican midfielder has completed a one-match suspension for a red card received against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup, missing the draw with Brentford, and is likely to return to the starting lineup at the London Stadium.
West Ham has won only one league match this season and is seeking a much-needed victory against newly promoted Ipswich.
Striker Niclas Fullkrug is still sidelined due to a setback from a calf injury sustained while on international duty with Germany during the September break.
Although he trained last week, Lopetegui stated that the summer signing is not yet ready to return.
“We would like Niclas to be fit now, but he’s dealing with some minor issues,” the Hammers manager explained.
“They’re not significant, but we’ve been without him for a while.
Hopefully, he’ll be ready after the international break. He won’t be available this weekend.”
West Ham’s possible lineup (4-2-3-1) could include: Areola; Wan-Bissaka, Kilman, Mavropanos, Emerson; Alvarez, Soucek; Kudus, Paqueta, Bowen; Antonio.
Injured: Fullkrug.
Time and date: 3 PM BST, Saturday, October 5, 2024.
Venue: London Stadium.
