BOMBSHELL ALERT: Leeds United Star Just Dropped the MOST DEVASTATING Summer Exit Hint EVER – Fans Are ABSOLUTELY FUMING! “Is this the end of an era?!

As the final match of the season approaches, Leeds United are preparing to turn their attention towards the summer transfer window and strengthening the squad.

Leeds United’s recruitment staff have spent several months monitoring possible transfer targets and putting together a shortlist ahead of the summer window.

Since the club officially secured Premier League survival, though, their work in the market has intensified as preparations for next season continue.

The Yorkshire side are not planning another complete rebuild of the squad after returning to the top flight. Instead, the focus is on making a handful of important additions that can improve the team’s overall quality.

Daniel Farke is believed to have challenged the Leeds board to match his ambitions by bringing in players capable of helping the club progress further next season.

In order to fund new arrivals and create room within the squad, Leeds are expected to sanction several departures during the summer.

One player who now appears increasingly likely to move on is Wilfried Gnonto.

Farke’s tactical adjustment midway through the campaign played a huge role in improving Leeds’ form and securing survival.

However, the system change also reduced Gnonto’s importance within the team, with the Italian winger slipping into more of a squad role.

During the second half of the Premier League season, Gnonto has largely been limited to appearances from the bench, while discussions regarding his future are already understood to be taking place behind the scenes.

The 21-year-old has now added further fuel to speculation that he could leave Elland Road this summer.

Following Leeds’ victory over Brighton on Sunday, Gnonto uploaded several post-match pictures on Instagram showing him enjoying the atmosphere around the stadium.

Alongside the images, he included the message: “Thank you, Elland Road.”

That post immediately sparked rumours among supporters that he may have been saying goodbye to the club.

Speculation increased even further after teammate Pascal Struijk replied with a crying emoji, suggesting it could have been Gnonto’s final appearance at Elland Road.

Since Farke altered Leeds’ system midway through the season, it has become increasingly clear that Gnonto no longer has a natural place in the starting lineup.

Although he has still featured in cup competitions, his opportunities in league matches have been extremely limited.

Farke also values consistency in his selections, and Gnonto has struggled to establish himself as a regular starter.

The winger came close to leaving during the January transfer window, and a move away from Leeds now appears highly likely once the summer market opens.
