BOMBSHELL ALERT! Newcastle UNLEASHED: Green Light for JAW-DROPPING £90M DOUBLE DEAL That Will SHOCK the Premier League Forever! (Report claims it’s happening — fans are NOT ready for this madness!)

Newcastle United are preparing an ambitious move to sign Tottenham Hotspur duo Lucas Bergvall and Djed Spence in a deal that could cost around £90 million, according to reports from TEAMtalk.

Eddie Howe is determined to strengthen his squad before the new Premier League season as the Magpies aim to bounce back from an underwhelming campaign and re-establish themselves among England’s elite.

The Tyneside club have already been active in the transfer market.

Newcastle completed the arrivals of goalkeeper Ewen Jaouen, winger Bazoumana Toure and promising youngster Seun Steur.

They have also generated significant funds through player sales, with Anthony Gordon joining Barcelona in a £70 million move and Sandro Tonali completing a £100 million switch to Tottenham Hotspur.

With fresh resources available, Howe is now targeting reinforcements in both midfield and defence.

Newcastle are keen to land highly-rated midfielder Lucas Bergvall after seeing an earlier £46 million offer turned down by Spurs.

The London club are believed to value the Swedish international more highly and rejected the opening proposal in anticipation of an improved bid.

Despite Tottenham’s stance, Newcastle remain optimistic about completing the transfer and are expected to return with a stronger offer.

However, they are not alone in the race, with Nottingham Forest also monitoring Bergvall’s situation closely.

Alongside their pursuit of the midfielder, Newcastle have identified Djed Spence as the ideal replacement for Kieran Trippier, who departed the club after the expiry of his contract this summer.

Spence’s future at Tottenham has become increasingly uncertain following Pedro Porro’s long-term contract extension and the competition provided by Destiny Udogie and Andy Robertson in the full-back positions under manager Roberto De Zerbi.

Tottenham are reportedly demanding around £40 million for Spence, while Newcastle believe an offer of approximately £50 million should be enough to convince Spurs to part with Bergvall.

If both transfers are completed, the total package would reach roughly £90 million.

Reports suggest De Zerbi is open to allowing Spence to leave, while Bergvall himself is believed to be eager for a fresh challenge, increasing Newcastle’s hopes of securing both players before the transfer window closes.

Although £90 million represents a significant investment, Newcastle view the double signing as worthwhile.

Bergvall is regarded as one of Europe’s brightest young midfield talents, capable of operating in several central roles, while Spence has enhanced his reputation with impressive performances on the international stage.

Both players are familiar with the demands of the Premier League and could make an immediate impact under Howe.

With funds available and clear priorities identified, Newcastle will hope to move quickly to secure both signings and significantly strengthen their squad ahead of the new campaign.
