BOMBSHELL TRANSFER SHAKE-UP! Fabrizio Romano Just Dropped a MASSIVE Bruno Guimaraes to Arsenal Update That Changes EVERYTHING After £100M Newcastle United Sale is Officially AGREED… Arsenal Fans Are LOSING IT!
Anthony Gordon and Sandro Tonali Among Newcastle's Major Summer Departures

Newcastle United have no plans to part ways with Bruno Guimarães this summer despite renewed interest from Arsenal, according to the latest reports.
The Magpies are understood to have made their position crystal clear to the Brazilian midfielder, insisting he remains a central figure in their long-term plans.
Although speculation surrounding his future has intensified, Newcastle are determined to keep hold of one of their most influential players following the departures of Anthony Gordon and Sandro Tonali.
The sales of Gordon and Tonali have generated around £180 million for the club, significantly strengthening Newcastle’s financial position and easing any pressure to sanction further high-profile exits.
With fresh funds now available, attention has shifted towards strengthening Eddie Howe’s squad rather than allowing more key stars to leave St James’ Park.
Even so, Guimarães continues to attract admiration from several top clubs, with Arsenal remaining one of the strongest admirers.
The Gunners previously saw a £55 million offer rejected, but there is still speculation that they could return with an improved proposal before the transfer window closes.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has explained that Newcastle’s recent transfer business has dramatically changed the situation.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Romano revealed that the club have informed both Guimarães and those close to him that they have no desire to sell him this summer.
According to Romano, Arsenal’s pursuit has been driven largely by manager Mikel Arteta, who has admired the midfielder for several years.
Arteta reportedly views Guimarães as one of the best midfielders available and has consistently pushed for the club to explore a deal whenever the opportunity has arisen.
Romano noted that this is far from the first time Arsenal have monitored the Brazilian, with the North London club having considered moves for him on previous occasions.
However, Newcastle’s improved financial standing means they are under no obligation to negotiate.
While Romano refused to completely dismiss the possibility of Arsenal making another attempt, he stressed that Newcastle’s current stance is unwavering.
The club’s message is that Guimarães is not for sale, making any future negotiations extremely difficult.
Although Arsenal continue to regard him as a priority midfield target, Newcastle believe they are now in a far stronger bargaining position after raising substantial funds elsewhere.
Unless there is a dramatic change in circumstances, the Magpies are expected to resist any further approaches.
Former Newcastle captain Alan Shearer also believes Guimarães will remain on Tyneside and has warned against allowing the Brazilian to leave.
Shearer argued that selling arguably the club’s best player, particularly after Gordon’s departure, would send the wrong message to supporters.
He highlighted Guimarães’ impressive performances for Brazil at the World Cup, describing him as one of the tournament’s standout midfielders.
The Premier League legend admitted he would be shocked if Newcastle agreed to sell the midfielder and hopes the ongoing speculation proves to be nothing more than transfer gossip.
In his view, losing Guimarães would represent a significant setback for the club’s ambitions.
Shearer also predicted that supporters would react angrily if Newcastle allowed the midfielder to depart, adding that modern social media often fuels rumours that ultimately prove to be unfounded.
For now, Newcastle remain firm in their determination to keep one of their most prized assets as they prepare for the new campaign.
