“Leeds United’s MEGA Transfer Coup: Man City Prodigy SNUBS Premier League Giants for Elland Road, While Rising Star SIGNS Lifetime Deal!”

Leeds United Set to Bolster Squad with Multiple Signings Ahead of Premier League Return

Daniel Farke has already added three new faces to his squad at Elland Road as preparations for the 2025/26 season ramp up. But with more reinforcements needed, the club continues to be linked with several players.

Lucas Perri move gathering pace

Leeds United are on the lookout for a new goalkeeper, with the position seen as a key area to strengthen in order to avoid another relegation battle.

One of the names gaining traction is Lucas Perri. The 27-year-old has made a strong impression in Ligue 1, and Leeds are reportedly leading the chase for his signature.

Lyon’s dire financial situation may force them to cash in on the Brazilian shot-stopper, with a fee of around £19.8 million potentially enough to seal the deal.

However, Leeds face competition, with Monaco also monitoring the situation closely.

Farke targeting Neil El Aynaoui

Goalkeeper isn’t the only area being addressed by Farke this summer, with midfield reinforcements also on the agenda.

Lens star Neil El Aynaoui has emerged as a target following an excellent campaign in France, where he scored eight goals in 24 appearances.

The 24-year-old is attracting plenty of interest, with Roma reportedly submitting a £17.2 million offer.

Sunderland are also in the race, meaning Leeds will need to act decisively if they want to land the midfielder.

Jayden Lienou nearing Leeds switch

Following the departure of Junior Firpo, who played a vital role in the club’s promotion-winning campaign, a new left-back has been high on the priority list.

Leeds are now closing in on Jayden Lienou, a 17-year-old talent from Manchester City’s youth ranks.

The youngster has represented Wales at the Under-18 level and is expected to join Leeds’ Under-21 side if the move goes through.

Coban Bird signs professional contract

In addition to recruiting new talent, Leeds are also securing the future of their academy prospects.

Coban Bird, a promising left-back who impressed for both the Under-18s and Under-21s last season, has signed his first professional contract with the club.

The 18-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year deal and will now look to continue his development with hopes of eventually breaking into the senior squad.
