“MAN UTD’S STUNNING HEIST! Plot to SNATCH Tottenham’s TOP Target in DRAMATIC Transfer Coup!”
England International Targeted by Tottenham Also Attracting Interest from Manchester United Ahead of Potential Transfer Battle

Free transfers often generate significant attention ahead of the transfer window, and one standout Ligue 1 star—set to become a free agent next month—is drawing interest from several top clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur.
Regular readers of Spurs Web will know that Tottenham have emerged as frontrunners to secure Angel Gomes on a free transfer.
According to a report from TBR Football last month, the Lille midfielder has received interest from around a dozen clubs, but Spurs remain confident of winning the race for his signature.

Now, CaughtOffside reports that Manchester United are considering entering the chase for Gomes.
The 24-year-old, who came through United’s academy, is reportedly being monitored closely by the club as they seek to strengthen their midfield under Rubén Amorim.
Despite United’s interest, the report states that Tottenham still lead the race, with manager Ange Postecoglou keen to bring the England international to North London.
However, a return to Old Trafford has not been ruled out at this stage.
In addition to Tottenham and Manchester United, CaughtOffside notes that two other Premier League clubs—Everton and Crystal Palace—are also showing interest in Gomes.
While both clubs are considering a move, neither has made formal contact with the player’s representatives yet.
Interest in Gomes extends beyond England as well. Italian giants Napoli and Juventus are also said to be keen on signing the midfielder, making efforts to lure him to Serie A with promises of regular playing time and European competition.
Lastly, the report mentions that Ligue 1 side Marseille could enter the race late, hoping to convince Gomes to stay in France.
With multiple clubs vying for his services, the former Manchester United youngster is expected to be one of the most sought-after free agents ofthe summer.
